The DLIR’s statewide online claims appointment system scheduler inadvertently offered and accepted appointments prior to the Sept. 7 appointment start date. This was an error that primarily affected Oahu. The Unemployment Office is following up with affected individuals via email to reschedule the appointments for a future date.
