As a reminder, telephone appointments are available for general unemployment insurance claims on Mondays and Tuesdays. You must schedule an appointment by your geographic region. For example, if you live on Oahu, you must schedule your appointment with the Oahu Claims Office. In-person services are also available on a first-come, first-served basis Wednesdays through Fridays, from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For entry, you must present a valid government-issued picture ID along with a vaccine card showing full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within the previous 48 hours. In-person services are not guaranteed and will be accommodated as time and resources allow.
